Please note that due to supply chain issues, some foods may not be available and menus are subject to change. Vendors inside the Fair Park have the option of accepting cash as a form of payment.

Submit A Vendor Application. Applications must be filled out completely and submitted via the link provided below. Photos must be emailed to vendorservices wistatefair. Please do not send a deposit. You will be notified of our decision by May 27, If you have questions about the status of your application, we ask that you please contact us after June 1, All applications are kept on file for 2 years. However, if your application is not selected, we suggest you fill out a new application annually.

Is there space still available? Are there any exclusive product categories? Exclusive rights to soda and bottled water distribution are held by Coca-Cola. Exclusive rights to the cellular provider category are held by US Cellular. Is there a cost to apply? How are vendors chosen?
What can I do to increase my chances of being selected as a new vendor? When will I find out if my application has been accepted?
Can I choose my booth location? What are the hours of the Wisconsin State Fair and how long do I need to keep my booth open? State Fair hours are as follows: Sunday — Thursday: 8am — 11pm Friday — Saturday: 8am — 12am Last Sunday: 8am — 10pm Vendors in buildings are required to be open from 9am — 10pm every day. Can I open for just a weekend or select days? Vendors must operate for all 11 days of the Wisconsin State Fair.
What is included with the cost of booth rental? What if I need electricity? Electrical connections are not included with booth rental. Rates for electrical connections vary by booth location and amount of electricity needed. Please refer to the Vendor Utility Forms included in the application packets for pricing. Can I rent tables or chairs from Wisconsin State Fair? Can we go outside of our footprint? If chosen as a vendor, when would booth rental and associated fees be due?
